This one is for the iOS users because it’s, objectively, the not only the best-looking golf app on the market but the best golf gear app period. What makes it the best golf gear app? It stays with you, literally attached to you, while you play. Both its iPhone and Apple Watch apps are professionally designed with real-time updates to be newest and freshest. One of  the biggest features that makes this the best golf tracking app is that it lets you track your handicap for free. Who doesn’t love free? TheGrint provides a USGA registered club tracker that is valid for all USGA sanctioned events all at no cost to you. You can track your scores as you play, for those of us that never keep up with that tiny pencil, or you can use their scorecard picture service to upload a picture of your scorecard at the end of the round and TheGrint will transcribe your scores for you. With other features like their live leaderboard, you can track your play and the play of your teams, member-member groups, and more. You can even organize tournaments with their free “Tours Tool.” These are just some of the many reasons I consider this the best golf tracking app available.
