The hole in one package includes: Main prize insurance, main prize sign, bonus prizes and signs for additional par 3 holes, automatic coverage for multiple hole in one winners (unless otherwise stated on the contract) - Shipping direct to golf course or client - World class customer service - Highest rated coverage in the industry (A+ XV rated from Everest National Insurance Company).

Changes greater than 10% to the number of players must be called in to AHNO prior to the start of the tournament. 

Assuming no shots were taken on the target hole(s) the contract will be amended to a rescheduled rain date without additional charge.

Minimum yardage for any main prize covered is 135 yards. Any hole with a bonus prize must be played from a minimum of 100 yards.

No, practice shots are not allowed and mulligans will not be counted towards the receipt of a main or bonus prize. Only the first attempt will count towards the prize.

American Hole 'n One provides bonus prizes and signage for every additional par 3 on the course.

1. Up to $5,000: one Official Witness is recommended but not required. At a minimum, the shot must be witnessed by at least two Playing Partners. Please note the testimony of independent, non-playing witness(es) is always helpful in the event of a claim.
2. $5,001 to $20,000: a minimum of one Official Witness is required. The witness must be in a location that allows him/her to see golfers on the teeing ground and the actual hole in the ground on the green. Their dual role will be to verify the claimant only took one shot from the correct tee marker / distance and see the golf ball go into the hole.
3. $20,001 to $100,000: two Official Witnesses are required. One positioned at the tee-off area and the other adjacent to the green, out of harm’s way.
4. $100,001 or more: two Official Witnesses are required, positioned in the same manner as described above, one of whom must be a PGA-certified professional or law enforcement official. One positioned at the tee-off area and the other adjacent to the green, out of harm’s way.

All witnesses must be appointed by the sponsor or a responsible tournament official.

In order for a professional golfer to be eligible to win any hole-in-one prize(s), American Hole 'n One must be made aware of the number of pros participating and additional charges will apply.

Report the claim immediately online at (www.hio.com) click on “Report a Winner”, call us at 800-822-2257 or email claims@hio.com. AHNO must be notified of a claim no later than the first business day after the tournament.

AHNO will award the prize specified on the contract for each verified hole in one during the tournament, unless otherwise noted on the contract.

Payment must be received by AHNO at least 24 hours prior to your event date.

A signed contract must be received at least 24 hours prior to the event date in order to bind coverage for your event.

AHNO must be contacted prior to tournament play in order to provide coverage. A minimum of 3 business days is required to receive a sign package without a rush shipping fee incurred.

Any revisions to the contract must be called in to AHNO prior to the tournament. All revisions must be confirmed by American Hole 'n One.

If a hole-in-one, shootout, or putting contest on the course is cancelled for any reason, AHNO must receive a 24-hour advance written notice.
